Course Description

In July and December 2006, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission issued new rules for disclosure of executive compensation for public companies. These new rules reflect a new philosophy that encourages significantly more disclosure and explanation than in the past, and that may encompass more executives than previously. In this program, benefits and compensation attorney Ralph J. Barry explains the new rules and offers strategies for implementing them.
