Course Description
After using advanced image enhancement techniques, you need to perform high quality image corrections to ensure that color tones are correct. To create CMYK images that can be used for commercial printing, you need to adjust out-of-gamut colors and problem colors in the images. In this course, you will apply a color by the numbers approach using curves adjustment layers to eliminate color casts and maximize the contrast in important regions of images; choose the settings and adjustments, based on the specific image and printing conditions to get optimal quality; and sharpen an image without oversharpening or accentuating noise. You will also convert color images to grayscale and add spot colors to images.
