Course Description
This course is intended for Chinese or Chinese American industry professionals interested in updating or refreshing their knowledge and skills in CMOS digital IC design. This course covers basic concepts, design skills and operation principles used for CMOS Memory Circuits. Topics covered include: SR Flip-Flop, Architecture of Random-Access Memory (RAM), CMOS Static RAM Cell, CMOS Sense Amplifier, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Erasable Programmable ROM (EPROM), and Stacked-Gate Memory Cell. Students who sign up for this online course will be aided by a 8-day Study Plan to help them pace themselves, yet they can still freely learn any lecture in this course as many times as they like within the 3-month access time.
