It is easily diagnosed yet, though eminently treatable many sufferers never receive any adequate therapy whatsoever; it is depression. This course offers the student a straightforward coping strategy for helping the client, family member or friend to work through and/or cope with depression. Included is a discussion of the common signs of depression and an explanation as to why so many individuals are prone to feeling depressed.
