Kathleen Murphy, PhD, discusses how to reason out clinical and ethical dilemmas using the principle of the best interest of the client as the primary principle. George Stricker, PhD, addresses therapeutic self-disclosure. Sandra Nye, MSW, JD, focuses on the issue of sexual involvement between client and therapist and the legal repercussions of personal involvement with patients and/or their families.
