Course Description

This course is designed as a guideline of the many, basic regulations surrounding discriminatory actions in real estate and housing. With an extensive look at the various rules, regulations and corresponding federal Acts that contribute to the Federal Fair Housing Act, you will gain a complete and thorough understanding of the Federal Fair Housing Act that is indispensable to any real estate agent. Besides reviewing the origins and details of the Federal Fair Housing Act, you will also learn to identify the different California Civil Codes, as well as study the California Department of Real Estate Commissioner's Regulations.
