Course Description
Employees who perform poorly or commit misconduct cost their employers billions of dollars a year. Holding such employees accountable is critical to a productive and cost-effective workplace. But many supervisors are reluctant to confront poorly performing employees. Brightline''s course provides front-line personnel with the tools they need to carry out lawful and effective discipline with confidence.
The best way to learn is by doing. Through a series of interactive exercises, users learn practical skills for conducting counseling and disciplining sessions, up to and including termination meetings. They also learn how to document counseling and discipline in a way that enhances employee accountability while minimizing employer liability. Feedback throughout the course emphasizes important principles and provides learners with a framework for on-the-job decisions.
Completion of this course requires that all sections be completed before entering the Quiz Show, once the Quiz Show is finished the course has been completed.
