Course Description
In this program, you'll learn the fundamentals you need to obtain a CompTIA™ Network+ certification and start a career as a network technician. You'll master basic networking concepts and learn about network design, security, routing, and switching.
This program will prepare you for a career as a network technician and qualify you to take the CompTIA™ Network+ certification exam. CompTIA's Network+ certification is vendor-neutral and will give you the skills you need to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, and configure basic network infrastructure. You'll master basic networking concepts and gain a fundamental knowledge of network design, security, routing, and switching.
Upon completion of this program, you'll be able to:

· Categorize standard cable types and their properties

· Categorize WAN technology types and their properties
