Course Description
As a provision of the Real Estate Law and Regulation of the Real Estate Commissioner, a three-hour course in Trust Fund Handling must be completed in the process to renew your license. "This course is designed to present knowledge of the legal requirements for receiving and handling trust funds in a real estate transaction, as set forth by the Real Estate Law and the Regulation of the Real Estate Commissioner.
All necessary requirements for maintaining a trust fund account are discussed here, in addition to descriptions and demonstrations of trust fund record keeping requirements. In this module, you will additionally study how trust fund courses may be individually tailored to describe transactions that are relevant to specific areas of real estate activity. You will learn to identify and distinguish between the requirements of all aspects concerning trust fund accounting records."
