Course Description
What can you do to secure your workplace against natural disasters and terrorism? What should you do if you receive a terrorist threat? Drawing on his firsthand experience representing American Media Group after it was attacked by anthrax, Mark Neuberger, a shareholder with the firm of Buchanan Ingersoll, discusses specific preemptive measures employers should take to ensure the safety of their workplace and their workers. Anton Valukas, a partner with Jenner & Block, also discusses specific strategies to protect the privilege during the initial fact-gathering process after a crisis has occurred.
